About the role
At Engage Education, we are currently looking for an ambitious and creative Year 5 Class Teacher for a welcoming Primary School in Bracknell. This full-time role is to start from October 2025 .
The school has curated an enthusiastic team and places a strong emphasis on the academic and personal development of both teachers and pupils.

The ideal candidate has
- Full QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
- Recent experience teaching Upper Key Stage 2 (Year 5 or Year 6 preferred)
- Confidence in delivering engaging lessons across the Year 5 curriculum, including preparation for end-of-year assessments
- Strong knowledge of the Key Stage 2 National Curriculum and strategies for developing reading comprehension and mathematical reasoning
- Great behaviour management skills and the ability to foster a positive and inclusive learning environment
- The ability to differentiate and adapt lessons to meet the needs of mixed-ability learners
- Creativity and enthusiasm to bring topics to life, making learning both challenging and enjoyable
