Engage Education are currently recruiting for a SEND Teaching Assistant to join an outstanding specialist college supporting students with a wide range of special educational needs and disabilities, including ASD and complex needs. Learners follow a personalised curriculum designed to promote both their academic progress and personal development. Responsibilities
- Support learners in the classroom and in small group or one-to-one settings, adapting support to meet individual needs.
- Assist the lecturer in the delivery of teaching and learning activities within the assigned curriculum area.

- Support assessment, target setting, recording, and reporting by providing feedback on learner progress.
