School Receptionist Required for Primary School in Croydon.
At Engage Education Services, we’ve specialised in recruiting education staff for over a decade. We’re currently looking for an enthusiastic School Receptionist to work full-time at a fantastic Primary school in Croydon.
Working hours are Monday - Friday [08:00am - 16:00pm].
About the role:
- Using the school's internal system to record data
- Assisting the Office Manager with various administrative tasks
- Communicating effectively with students, staff and parents in a professional and friendly manner
- Checking in visitors upon arrival
- Issuing security passes
- Logging student lateness
- Communicating with outside vendors to ensure staff are aware of deliveries
The ideal applicant will have:
- Experience working in a school
- A real passion for working within an education environment
- Experience utilising SIMS (School Information Management System) within an administrative role
