At Engage Education, we’re recruiting for an exciting opportunity to work in a successful secondary school in Redbridge. We are currently recruiting for a permanent Head of Science who can confidently lead a department across KS3, KS4 and KS5 to start in September 2025.
About the role:
This is a full time role leading the Science department across Key Stage 3/4/5 students. Science is incredibly popular at GCSE and A-Level. They encourage creativity, ambition, and collaboration within a department.
The school has well behaved students who are eager to learn and do well. The school has a continuous track record of receiving excellent results at both GCSE and A-Level. This role would suit either an experienced teacher/ 2nd in charge who is looking to take on their first HOD role or a current Head of Department who is looking for a new challenge.
