Autism Assistant Required for Primary School in Barking and Dagenham Full time 8:30am-3:30pm Monday to Friday £85-£95 per day About the role: This primary school are seeking an Autism Assistant to work on a 121 basis with a student with Autism and sensory behavioural difficulties linked to Autism. Your Role: Supporting on a one-to-one basis Providing emotional behaviour support Providing feedback to teachers and parents You will be assisting a pupil with Autism and sensory behavioural difficulties so you must be confident in your behaviour management strategies The ideal candidate: Outgoing and mentoring manner Enthusiastic and passionate about helping children with SEND reach their full potential You will be expected to think on your feet and be proactive, no day is the same in a School, so being prepared is vital.
