Are you a Childhood Studies Graduate with a second-class degree or higher? Are you keen to support children in a primary school setting? Would you like to gain further exposure of working within a school setting as you work towards your career goals? We’re currently looking to support staff to work in a primary school in Wakefield. This is a long term, full time position with the potential of a permanent position for the right candidate. Ideally the successful person will be able to start as soon as possible, however we also have vacancies that will commence in April.
The successful Teaching Assistant will be supporting across all primary aged groups from EYFS to KS2. The school has a dedicated senior leadership team who are passionate about supporting and developing their staff team.
The ideal applicant will have:
- A recent Childhood Studies Degree
- A real passion for education and improving the attainment of pupils
- Bags of creativity for stimulating and engaging pupils
