Job Description
School Science Technician required in a secondary school in Bradford
We are currently recruiting for a permanent Science Technician to work on a full time basis to start in September.
About the role:
The hours are 8am - 4.30pm, 5 days a week, working only during school term, 35 weeks of the year
Science Technician responsibilities include:
- Providing technical support for teaching staff across Biology, Chemistry and Physics
- Preparing experiments and materials in advance of lessons
- Support fellow technicians within the department, especially new members of staff
- Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills
About you:
- Experience working in a school environment as a Science Technician
- A relevant undergraduate degree in Science
- A passion for working in a school environment
