School Administrator required for a Primary School in Huddersfield.

At Engage Education Services, we’ve specialised in recruiting education staff for over a decade. We’re currently looking for an enthusiastic School Administrator to work full-time in a primary school in Huddersfield.

Hours of Work: Monday - Friday, 08:00 - 16:00, 35 hours a week, 5 days a week, term time only.

About the role:

  • Support with front desk/reception duties
  • Supporting with answering calls/calling parents (with direction)
  • Attendance support and general office duties, photocopying, mailing
  • Provide administrative and organisational support to SLT, Head of Years (HOY) and Lead teachers (LT)
  • Managing day to day pupil and parent enquiries
  • SIMS or Arbor experience is a must
