Role Overview:As an ECT working on supply, you will:

Deliver engaging and inclusive lessons across EYFS, KS1, or KS2 (based on your experience and preference)

Adapt quickly to different classroom settings and school cultures

Build strong rapport with pupils, staff, and parents

Follow school policies for behaviour management, safeguarding, and marking
