The predicted salary is between 24000 - 36000 £ per year.
We are seeking a dedicated, nurturing and supportive Behaviour Buddy to work at an Alternative Provision in Bradford from September 2025 on a full-time Monday - Friday basis. This role would be perfect for someone that has either worked in schools before with children with SEMH or for someone who has worked in a residential setting / Young Offenders setting with children aged between 4-16.
About the role:
- Full-time position Monday to Friday 08.30am-15:30pm
- Support the Class Teacher to deliver lessons
- Pupils are aged between 4-16 years old and you will be required to work across all age groups depending on the needs of the school
- Supporting children in accordance with their EHCP plan.
- Working with some of the most difficult to reach children in society, requiring resilience and patience, with a trauma informed approach.
