ENG Bauen is working with a leading EPC organisation on a major expansion of their industrial services division. We are supporting their search for Business Development professionals who can operate autonomously, develop key accounts, and drive growth across maintenance, modifications, and operations service lines.

This role requires extensive regional travel and strong experience across mechanical, electrical, scaffolding, insulation, and multi-disciplinary contracting. You will be responsible for securing new opportunities while strengthening long-term partnerships within energy, chemicals, infrastructure, and broader industrial sectors.

This opportunity suits someone who thrives in a delivery-focused, operational engineering environment and can lead BD initiatives with confidence and commercial awareness.

The Role:

· Identify, qualify, and win new business opportunities across assigned regions

· Attend client meetings, industry events, and site visits to build visibility and relationships

· Develop and manage a regional sales pipeline

· Strengthen existing client accounts and expand service scope

· Support proposals, bids, and commercial strategy with internal teams

· Deliver accurate forecasting and market intelligence

· Maintain strong awareness of safety, operational practices, and industry standards

The Person:

· Background in mechanical, electrical, scaffolding, insulation, or industrial contracting

· Proven BD success within EPC enviroment

· Strong commercial acumen and ability to articulate value and service capability

· Experince workign within Oil & Gas, Petrochemical or similar highly regulated industry

· Confident operating independently with significant travel required

· Comfortable in industrial, operational, and engineering-led environments
