We provide therapeutic solo placements for children and young people aged 5–18 with learning disabilities, autism, trauma backgrounds, and complex emotional needs. Our homes are warm, nurturing & neuro-affirming environments where relationships, consistency, and understanding are at the heart of everything we do.

This role involves supporting one young person within a therapeutic solo-placement home. Working within a highly supportive care environment, you will have the time and opportunity to build meaningful relationships and provide consistent, individualised support tailored to the young person’s needs.

Your role will include:

  • Providing emotional and practical support within the home and community
  • Building positive, trusting relationships
  • Supporting routines, education, activities and life skills
  • Helping the young person feel safe, understood and supported
  • Encouraging independence, confidence and positive outcomes
  • Working closely with a reflective and supportive team

Ability to work shifts, including sleep‑ins and weekends
