At Enfuse, you’ll lead Operational Intelligence engagements that sit at the intersection of process, people, data, and technology, helping clients solve real problems through process excellence, automation, and intelligent operations. You’ll translate complex business challenges into practical, scalable solutions, overseeing work across process modelling, workflow automation, low-code platforms, and AI-enabled capabilities. As a Manager, you’ll take full ownership of delivery quality, pace, and outcomes, building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, steering decision-making, and ensuring solutions deliver real value and adoption. Alongside client delivery, you’ll play a key role in developing our people and capability — coaching consultants, role-modelling best practice, and contributing to the growth and maturity of the Op-i practice.
A BPM-focused Operational Intelligence Manager at Enfuse is accountable for leading client engagements centred on establishing, scaling, and embedding Business Process Management (BPM) capabilities. They combine deep BPM expertise with strong advisory and commercial skills, helping clients design sustainable process-led operating models that unlock value from AI, automation, and digital transformation. The role also carries broader consulting Manager expectations: delivery leadership, stakeholder trust, people development, and contribution to business growth (including originating and expanding client opportunities).
Essential Experience
- 6+ years’ experience in management consulting.
- Proven experience advising organisations on BPM strategy, capability setup, or process-led transformation.
- Experience establishing or maturing process frameworks, governance, and operating models within organisations.
- Track record delivering process-centric change that drives measurable business outcomes.
- Experience working in client-facing environments, engaging senior stakeholders and navigating ambiguity.
- Experience managing and developing consultants on live engagements.
- Exposure to the full delivery lifecycle, from discovery and design through to implementation and adoption.
Business Process Management Capability
- Strong expertise in Business Process Management (BPM), including:
- Process architecture and hierarchy design
- BPM frameworks, standards (e.g. BPMN), and governance models
- Process ownership models and ways of working
- Experience helping clients stand up or scale BPM functions or centres of excellence
- Understanding of how BPM underpins AI, automation, and data-led organisations, including:
- Preparing processes for AI enablement and optimisation
- Integrating process insights with automation and decisioning
- Ability to translate business strategy into practical, scalable process-led transformation roadmaps
- Experience working with or overseeing tools such as:
- Process modelling platforms (e.g. SAP Signavio, GBTEC)
- Process mining / intelligence tools (e.g. Celonis, SAP Signavio)
- Automation and workflow platforms (Hands-on technical capability is not required, but the ability to lead, assure, and challenge delivery is essential.)
Delivery & Stakeholder Leadership (Essential)
- Own end-to-end delivery of BPM-focused engagements, ensuring quality, pace, and measurable outcomes.
- Lead workstreams to define process architectures, governance models, process intelligence setup and capability roadmaps.
- Build trusted relationships with stakeholders at Manager, Director, and Executive level.
- Facilitate workshops and advisory sessions on process strategy, operating models, and transformation priorities.
- Drive adoption and embedding of BPM practices, not just design.
Commercial & Growth Responsibilities (Essential)
- Contribute to business development, including shaping proposals, pitches, and client conversations.
- Identify and develop new client opportunities, particularly linked to BPM, AI, and process intelligence.
- Grow and expand existing accounts by identifying process-led value opportunities.
- Support the development of Enfuse’s BPM proposition, assets, and go-to-market approach.
People Leadership & Development (Essential)
- Line manage and coach consultants, supporting performance, development, and progression.
- Provide clear direction and feedback, role modelling strong consulting and BPM practices.
- Build a positive, inclusive, and high-performing team environment.
- Contribute to capability growth through mentoring, knowledge sharing, and development of BPM methodologies and IP.
Desirable
- Experience building or leading BPM Centres of Excellence or enterprise-wide process initiatives.
- Sector experience in Travel & Transport, Retail & Hospitality, Public Sector, or Higher Education.
- Experience with tools such as SAP Signavio, Celonis, GBTEC, Power Platform, or similar.
- Exposure to AI-enabled operating models, process orchestration, or intelligent automation.
- Experience developing BPM methodologies, frameworks, or accelerators.
