About the Role
A BPM-focused Operational Intelligence Manager at Enfuse is accountable for leading client engagements centred onestablishing, scaling, and embedding Business Process Management (BPM) capabilities.
They combine deep BPMexpertisewith strong advisory and commercial skills, helping clients design sustainable process-led operating models that unlock value from AI, automation, and digital transformation.
The role also carries broader consulting Manager expectations: delivery leadership, stakeholder trust, people development, and contribution to business growth(including originating and expanding client opportunities).
Essential Experience
- A minimum of 6 years' experience working in a management consulting environment
- Proven experienceadvisingorganisations on BPM strategy, capability setup, or process-led transformation.
- Experience establishing or maturingprocess frameworks, governance, and operating modelswithin organisations.
- Track recorddeliveringprocess-centric change that drives measurable business outcomes.
- Experience working in a client-facing consulting environment, engaging seniorstakeholdersand navigating ambiguity.
- Experience managing and developing consultants on live engagements.
- Exposure to thefull delivery lifecycle, from discovery and design through to implementation and adoption.
- Business Process Management Capability
• Strongexpertisein Business Process Management (BPM), including
- Process architecture and hierarchy design
- BPM frameworks, standards (e. g. BPMN), and governance models
- Process ownership models and ways of working
- Experience helping clientsstand up or scale BPM functions or centres of excellence
- Understanding of how BPM underpins AI, automation, and data-led organisations, including:
- Preparing processes for AI enablement and optimisation
- Integrating process insights with automation and decisioning
- Ability to translate business strategy intopractical, scalable process-led transformation roadmaps
• Experience working with or overseeing tools such as
- Process modelling platforms (e. g. SAPSignavio, GBTEC)

- Delivery & Stakeholder Leadership (Essential)
- Own end-to-end delivery of BPM-focused engagements, ensuringquality, pace, and measurable outcomes.
- Lead workstreams to defineprocess architectures, governance models, process intelligencesetupand capability roadmaps.
- Build trusted relationships with stakeholders at Manager, Director, and Executive level.
- Facilitate workshops and advisory sessions onprocess strategy, operating models, and transformation priorities.
- Driveadoption and embedding of BPM practices, not just design.

- Contribute tobusiness development, including shaping proposals, pitches, and client conversations.
