As a Manager, you will take full ownership of delivery quality, pace, and outcomes, building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, steering decision-making, and ensuring solutions deliver real value and adoption. Alongside client delivery, you will play a key role in developing our people and capability — coaching consultants, role-modelling best practice, and contributing to the growth and maturity of the Op-i practice.
