What You Will Do:

  • Lead Transformational Programmes: Shape and drive IT and digital transformation initiatives, ensuring successful outcomes and high standards of delivery.
  • Engage Key Stakeholders: Act as a trusted senior advisor to executives, fostering strong client relationships and guiding strategic decision-making.
  • Drive Business Growth: Actively engage in business development, leveraging your network to identify new opportunities and expand existing client portfolios.
  • Shape Our Future: Lead internal initiatives, contribute to thought leadership, and influence our consultancy's long-term strategy.
  • Mentor and Develop Teams: Support the growth and development of colleagues, sharing knowledge and expertise to build a high-performing team.

Requirements:

  • Proven Leadership: A track record of leading complex transformation projects.
  • Strategic Vision: Ability to design, execute, and oversee large-scale digital and IT transformation programmes.
  • Communication & Influence: Expertise in senior executive advisory, stakeholder engagement, and relationship-building.
  • Business Development: Demonstrable experience in securing and growing new business opportunities, exceeding growth targets.
  • Mentorship & Development: Passion for coaching and upskilling teams to drive performance and capability growth.
  • Client Network: A network of relationships that can support business development activities.
