Задачи
- Work collaboratively with the full design team and take full ownership of design output;
- Present designs to collaborators and adapt them based on feedback, user research, and usability testing;
- Craft end-to-end user experiences and cohesive step-by-step customer journeys;
- Use components from a central design system to balance content and UI elements;
- Create prototypes using software such as Figma;
- Gather user research and rationale to align stakeholders with individual user needs;
- Balance business requirements with user needs and diplomatically challenge decisions when necessary;
- Adapt designs to technical constraints across different platforms;
- Guide teams in creating the best possible end-user experience;
- Advocate for inclusive and accessible design for customers of different ages, backgrounds, and technical abilities;
- Communicate with developers to ensure designs meet specifications and serve a broad range of users.
Требования
- At least 5 years of experience in User Experience design or Interaction Design;
- Strong experience as an Interaction Designer, UX Designer, or from a Visual Design background;
- Full ownership of Interaction Design projects;
- Excellent prototyping and layout skills;
- Ability to clearly articulate design decisions to internal customers and development teams;
- Comfortable using existing design systems and proactively recommending improvements and extensions;
- Ability to interpret quantitative and qualitative research and apply it to the interaction design process;
- Familiarity with complex landscapes;
- Ability to see designs through to delivery;
- Nice to have: Experience in financial services.
