• Drive contributions to holistic design processes, design systems, or design languages across teams or products;
• Assist with design and testing processes and build support for design vision with partners;

• Adapt to evolving design constraints and communicate the rationale behind design choices;
• Apply or adapt UX design frameworks, principles, patterns, and systems;
• Use standard writing and design tools to visualize ideas and develop mock-ups or prototypes;
• Tailor deliverables to product or platform requirements with minimal guidance;
• Identify and follow design templates, style guides, and accessibility guidelines;
• Improve designs iteratively based on UX testing and partner or stakeholder input;
• Provide feedback to engage stakeholders on product design and achieve product goals;
• Build support for design strategy across partners;
• Communicate design approaches to designers and partners and identify challenges and questions;
• Propose and use key data and metrics to evaluate product impact;
• Understand the product ecosystem, user trends, and industry through collaboration with team members;
• Plan and prioritize design work across projects and communicate priorities to team members;
• Collaborate with partners to identify opportunities to expand responsibilities within the immediate product team;
• Collaborate with engineers to communicate and influence design intention;
• Manage specifications such as design specs, mock-ups, and product models for implementation;
• Create design solutions based on user insights, business needs, and industry trends;
• Analyze or anticipate user needs and identify defined problems with multiple strategy, product, or technology solutions.
