- Create design system components in Figma, demonstrating a strong understanding of interaction design and UI best practices;
- Produce high‑quality, responsive UI designs that balance usability and accessibility;
- Produce component documentation and manage design tokens;
- Approach situations through a design systems lens, considering the reusability of design elements;
- Contribute to the design system strategy across platforms and support decision‑making at the team level;
- Collaborate cross‑functionally and nurture team collaboration;
- Make informed decisions during the design process balancing user needs, business considerations, and accessibility compliance;
- Communicate ideas and rationale to team members and stakeholders.
- Требования
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a UX/UI role;
- Good working understanding of front‑end practices and atomic design principles;
- Excellent knowledge of Figma, including auto layout, components, variables, and library management;
- Confident communication skills and ability to give/receive feedback;
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities;
- Collaborative and iterative mindset;
- Good understanding or experience of designing with WCAG or A11y guidelines;
- Nice to have: knowledge of Widgetbook, desire to mentor and guide junior members of the team, understanding of user psychology.
