Задачи:
- Build and grow a portfolio of technology clients;
- Manage the full 360 recruitment lifecycle from business development through placement;
- Source and place technology professionals across specialist markets;
- Develop long-term client and candidate relationships;
- Achieve and exceed revenue targets with support from advertising and marketing teams.
Требования:
- Experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant, ideally within technology or a similar professional market;
- Proven track record of developing client relationships and generating placements;
- Strong commercial acumen and a consultative approach;
- Advanced communication, organisation, and relationship-building skills.

- Base salary up to £40k plus uncapped commission;
- Up to £12k per year in personal incentives;
