Задачи:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activity across professional, operational, and specialist roles;
- Build relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring needs and workforce plans;
- Deliver recruitment campaigns aligned with business objectives and resourcing requirements;
- Source diverse, high-quality candidates through various attraction methods;
- Provide recruitment best-practice guidance and support to hiring managers;
- Ensure recruitment activity complies with employment legislation, immigration requirements, GDPR, and company policies;
- Support recruitment cost-saving initiatives through direct sourcing;
- Produce recruitment reports and analyze trends to support informed hiring decisions;
- Contribute to talent acquisition projects, continuous improvement initiatives, and diversity and inclusion objectives;
- Champion a positive candidate experience and promote the WPS employer brand.
Требования:
- Previous experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle in an in-house or agency recruitment environment;
- Strong direct sourcing and candidate attraction skills;
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems and recruitment technology;
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities;
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities simultaneously;
- Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret recruitment data and identify trends;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Up-to-date knowledge of employment law, immigration legislation, and GDPR;
- Proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Six-month fixed-term contract;
