Задачи:
- Understand hiring needs and partner with business leaders and stakeholders to develop talent acquisition strategies across different geographies
- Develop efficient hiring processes and ensure a high-touch candidate experience while meeting hiring goals
- Manage the full recruiting cycle, including sourcing, resume screening, interview scheduling, offer closing, and onboarding
- Work with country and business unit leaders and local operations teams to understand relevant local best practices
- Develop standard operating procedures and other best practices to improve processes and increase recruitment output
Требования:
- Bachelor's degree
- In-house or agency full-cycle recruiting experience
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly with employees and communicate effectively with all levels
- Self-starter who is result-oriented, resourceful, innovative, intellectually curious, and takes initiative and risks
- Fluency in both English and Mandarin
- Nice to have: Hi-tech industry experience, strong passion for the industry, ability to embrace and adapt to changes, and ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
