- Identify and recommend new sourcing avenues;
- Create innovative sourcing solutions for volume and niche roles;
- Map key competitors to identify the target market;
- Proactively engage with candidates through core channels;
- Act as the first point of contact for candidates applying to BDO;
- Represent the BDO brand by articulating its values and core purpose;
- Use questioning techniques to assess candidate suitability for positions within BDO.
Требования:
- Proven work experience in Tax or Advisory & Deals as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or in a similar role;
- Experience using online recruitment platforms, including LinkedIn, CV Library, and Total Jobs;
- Experience developing talent pipelines and sourcing potential candidates;
- Existing networking relationships within relevant industries and recruitment agencies;
- Sound understanding of talent acquisition best practices;
- Nice to have: Working knowledge of Professional Services firms, experience using Workday.
