Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the field sales strategy with the Retail Multiples team as part of the Annual Operating Plan.
- Partner with agencies to implement the Kraft Heinz FSF methodology and ensure high-quality execution.
- Coach and train the Field Sales team on selling tactics, relationship management, and product knowledge.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations of the salesforce.
- Use data-driven insights to optimize field salesforce operations and track sales metrics.
- Lead Monthly Performance Reviews.
- Implement promotional and trade marketing initiatives, including Shippers and Shelf POS.

- Proficiency in MS Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Experience with CRM systems, such as Salesforce.
- Ability to set direction and challenging performance objectives for teams and territories.
- Strong commercial skills, including value proposition, pricing strategies, and customer influence.
- Ability to engage, coach, and lead field sales teams.
- Strong focus on execution standards, in-store monitoring, and results.
- Ability to analyze market data and FSF performance and make strategic recommendations.
