Responsibilities:

  • Build a territory plan by identifying and qualifying leads and creating a solid sales pipeline.
  • Increase NeoXam’s market presence and brand awareness through industry events, campaigns, and outreach.
  • Respond to tenders and proposals and coordinate with NeoXam stakeholders to define strategies and prepare business proposals aligned with prospects’ needs.
  • Negotiate and finalize business proposals through successful signature and contract award.
  • Maintain structured pipeline management using Salesforce.
  • Manage and close new logos in the UK market.
  • Take overall responsibility for regional sales and third-party alliances.

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Business, Finance, or Engineering.
  • Solid experience in sales, pre-sales, or consultancy in financial software.
  • Proven track record in account management and business development.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a strong network.
  • Ability to work independently and cooperate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
  • Fluent English (verbal and written).
  • Good working knowledge of Salesforce or a similar CRM.
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office.
  • Nice to have: Knowledge of French, knowledge of the main players in financial-industry data management, knowledge of Portfolio Management Systems and Data Management Systems.
