• Manage a dedicated Talent Acquisition team focused on recruitment for regional roles
• Set clear goals, delegate effectively, and support personal development
• Champion Lidl's leadership and behavioural principles
• Conduct development conversations and identify progression opportunities
• Own the end-to-end recruitment process for the business stream
• Plan and forecast hiring needs with regional stakeholders
• Monitor KPIs and improve operational efficiency
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and legal regulations
• Lead hiring decisions and oversee temporary agency worker processesAct as the escalation point for candidate queries and complaints
• Evaluate agency performance and ensure quality candidate pipelines
• Ensure smooth contracting and onboarding processes
• Lead quarterly QPA meetings with stakeholders
• Support national recruitment projects as a subject matter expert
• Collaborate with the employer brand team to boost attraction campaigns
• Provide on-site recruitment support across regional offices, stores and warehouses.

Требования:

• Proven experience in recruitment and team management
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• A data-driven mindset with a passion for continuous improvement
• Understanding of employment law and recruitment compliance
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach.
