The company is a hedge fund building a modern medallion architecture data platform for financial and market data.
Задачи
- Design and build data platform components using Python;
- Develop and optimise ETL pipelines, Data Lakes / Lakehouses and distributed systems;
- Improve infrastructure, observability and CI/CD practices;
- Maintain and evolve existing systems, including microservices, ETL and Excel add-ins;
- Support platform operations to ensure reliability and performance.
Требования
- Strong backend development experience with Python;
- Experience working with financial or market data;
- Experience designing and operating data-intensive and distributed systems;
- Strong knowledge of relational, NoSQL and columnar databases;
- Willingness to take ownership and work across the full development lifecycle;
- Collaborative and pragmatic approach with strong stakeholder management skills;
- A 2.1 or above in a STEM discipline, likely with MSc-level study.
