Задачи:
- Develop the complete lifecycle of automation solutions from intake through development, debugging, testing, production deployment, and documentation
- Review automated solutions with the team leader to ensure objectives and guidelines are met
- Build sustainability documentation for automated processes and review documentation created by other team members
- Contribute to team training and professional development activities
- Run and maintain more than 500 existing automation processes
- Lead recurring meetings with business collaborators on automation opportunities, process improvement, and Automation Governance
- Research and develop code to improve the performance and sustainability of existing automations
- Support strategic and tactical implementation of solutions for organizational automation objectives
- Direct the creation of Python-based and Agentic AI tools for repetitive tasks such as combining data sources, producing reports, and system reconciliation
- Conduct detailed reviews of team members’ automation code and provide constructive feedback
- Mentor and guide junior engineers in Python, automation frameworks, and problem-solving techniques
- Identify process improvement opportunities and optimize existing automations
- Research and incorporate new Python libraries and AI tools
- Support proof-of-concept development for evaluating AI tools and automation frameworks
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Требования:
- High-level Python skills
- 3+ Years of experience in Python development, or a relevant MS degree with 0–2 years of experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a similar field
- Experience with a wide range of data sources, including multiple ERP systems and legacy environments
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
- Ability to set and accomplish goals
