Задачи:
- Support the delivery of utility-scale EPC projects from contract award through commissioning and handover
- Assist with project planning, programme management, reporting and cost tracking
- Coordinate activities across Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Commercial and HSE teams
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers
- Support the Senior Project Manager in representing Metlen throughout the project lifecycle
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and support the resolution of technical and commercial issues
- Prepare project documentation, progress reports, meeting minutes and project schedules
- Support project governance and ensure activities are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and according to quality and compliance standards
- Contribute to a collaborative project environment focused on continuous improvement and engineering excellence.
Требования:
- Degree in Electrical, Civil or Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline
- 1–3 Years' experience supporting EPC projects within renewable energy, utilities or major infrastructure
- Experience in a client-facing environment
- Ability to build relationships and communicate confidently with clients, consultants, suppliers and subcontractors
- Strong organisational and coordination skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and working knowledge of Microsoft Project
- Commercial awareness and understanding of successful project delivery
- Proactive, solutions-focused approach and ambition to build a long-term career in EPC project management
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong attention to detail, ownership and willingness to learn.
