Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple planned works projects across West London;
- Lead site teams and subcontractors to achieve programme and quality targets;
- Build strong client and resident relationships;
- Monitor project performance, budgets, and delivery milestones;
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality requirements;
- Drive customer satisfaction and operational performance;
- Deliver Kitchen & Bathroom programmes, EICR and electrical improvement works, structural repairs and refurbishment projects, planned maintenance frameworks, and SHF and retrofit programmes;
- Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Experience delivering social housing planned works projects;
- Background in K&B, EICR, structural repairs, planned maintenance, or retrofit programmes;
- Strong leadership, organisation, and stakeholder management skills;
- Commercial awareness and programme management experience;
- Full UK Driving Licence;
- Nice to have: SHF / retrofit experience, SMSTS and CSCS Manager Card, social housing contractor experience.
