Задачи
- Lead and drive a complex product area by defining success, prioritizing problems, and identifying strategies within the wider organizational and company context;
- Adapt strategies based on learnings and changes in context;
- Identify and drive consensus on prioritizing and realizing significant opportunities, including when to stop or start investment;
- Work with a cross-functional team to define product vision, develop a roadmap, drive progress against goals and milestones, resolve blockers, improve team health, and increase team effectiveness;
- Identify opportunities and resolve dependencies by creating shared strategies across adjacent product areas;
- Gather and analyze user research and market analysis to inform product decisions and influence the wider product organization;
- Influence strategy and progress across partner functions, improve collaboration, and resolve divergent goals;
- Communicate product strategy and progress clearly and concisely to stakeholders;
- Support the growth of PMs and cross-functional team members through mentorship and coaching.
Требования
- 12+ Years of experience in Product Management;
- 12+ Years of experience working collaboratively with engineering, design, and user research teams;
- 5+ Years of experience hiring, managing, and developing individual contributors and senior leaders;
- Experience identifying and hiring talent to build a cross-functional team;
- Demonstrated ability to communicate complex messages with extreme clarity;
- Extensive experience analyzing large-scale, complex datasets and making effective data-driven decisions;
- Experience communicating complex messages clearly and concisely to technical and non-technical stakeholders;
- Experience presenting to senior executive audiences;
- Nice to have: Experience in Risk, Trust, Compliance, or similar fields, ongoing AI skill development, integrating AI tools to optimize or redesign workflows and drive measurable impact, implementing responsible and ethical AI practices.
