Responsibilities:

  • Own the product area, including the backlog, roadmap, and outcomes.
  • Adopt and improve existing processes and establish lightweight ways of working where needed.
  • Define and maintain a roadmap reflecting business priorities, user needs, and technical constraints.
  • Manage integration-related dependencies, risks, and stakeholder expectations across internal teams and external providers.
  • Lead delivery of two high-priority, high-visibility initiatives end-to-end.
  • Communicate progress clearly and proactively to senior stakeholders.
  • Set priorities and make data-informed decisions focused on value.
  • Define and track metrics across SaaS and service-delivery dimensions, including activation, retention, operational efficiency, and client satisfaction.
  • Translate feature delivery into commercial outcomes related to churn, upsell, and service economics.
  • Partner with UX to create continuous feedback loops from user interviews, behavioural data, and frontline team insights.
  • Distinguish feature requests from underlying problems and identify when not to build.
  • Build trusted relationships across engineering, design, sales, support, and operations.
  • Manage diverse stakeholders and secure alignment on product scope.

Requirements:

  • Proven Product Manager experience in a SaaS or tech-enabled services environment.
  • Ability to independently own a product area while collaborating with senior product leadership.
  • Strong commercial acumen connecting product decisions to SaaS metrics, service KPIs, and revenue outcomes.
  • Experience working in complex, multi-stakeholder organizations and presenting to senior leadership.
  • Solid agile practice with the ability to shape and improve team processes.
  • Comfortable defining metrics, setting targets, and using data to prioritize and defend decisions.
  • Clear and structured written and verbal communication, including user stories, acceptance criteria, stakeholder updates, and discovery sessions.
  • Ability to leverage AI tools effectively for day-to-day work and prototyping.
