Responsibilities:
- Define and own the product vision and roadmap for CRM, focused on improving engagement and long-term value.
- Drive the strategy for intelligent customer communications.
- Support creating an always-on testing environment and improve measurement of incrementality and customer impact.
- Surface competitor and industry-wide trends and share them with the wider CRM team.
- Partner with design, marketing, engineering, and other business areas to build high-quality, engaging, and exciting UX.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Product Manager in e-commerce, fashion, or consumer-facing platforms.
- Strong track record of launching 0-1 mobile-first products, ideally focused on personalisation.
- Familiarity with how enriched customer data powers user journeys and delivers contextually relevant content and experiences.
- Comfortable working in agile, full-stack, cross-functional teams.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience using tools such as Power BI, Braze, Databricks, and Optimizely.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
