Задачи:
- Design modern user experiences for web and mobile across the JPMM platform, including visual design, layout, typography, and interaction details;
- Translate complex requirements into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and production-ready UI specifications;
- Design AI-enabled experiences that help users understand, trust, and act on model-driven outputs;
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and other stakeholders to define how experiences and AI outputs are presented and incorporated into platform workflows;
- Use AI in the design workflow for exploration, synthesis, and iteration while applying quality control and governance;
- Drive platform-wide consistency through reusable patterns and design-system-first execution;
- Contribute components, patterns, and guidance that help other teams deliver high-quality experiences;
- Collaborate across teams to align end-to-end experiences and identify UX debt and usability improvements;
- Work with Research and Insights teams to conduct and incorporate user research and usability testing;
- Use qualitative and quantitative inputs to inform design decisions;
- Ensure inclusive and accessible experiences by applying accessibility standards.
Требования:
- 5+ Years of product or UX design experience delivering digital products and services with clear evidence of shipped work;
- Strong visual and UI design skills, including composition, typography, spacing, color, UI states, interaction details, and production-quality specifications;
- Experience designing complex, multi-step workflows or data-intensive experiences;
- Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools such as Figma;
- Comfortable collaborating with engineers using handoff best practices;
- Familiarity with front-end constraints and design-for-build;
- Experience working in scaled Agile and enterprise environments;
- Experience maintaining and evolving design systems and documenting component usage;
- Understanding of inclusive design principles and accessibility guidelines, with experience applying them in shipped products;
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills;
- Nice to have: experience in financial services, capital markets, or regulated enterprise environments, AI-enabled or automation-supported workflows, platform foundations, markets concepts and user contexts, distributed teams, and alignment across multiple product areas.
