Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end design for complex Dashboard experiences in Acquiring, from early concepts through to shipped product, partnering closely with Product and Engineering.
- Design scalable wrappers, patterns, and platform foundations that help teams across Checkout integrate experiences into the central Dashboard.
- Lead design for payment analytics, charting, and core payment pages, translating complex payment information into clear, useful actions.
- Shape platform-wide AI-assisted and conversational experiences.
Requirements:
- A portfolio showing shipped, complex desktop web experiences in B2B SaaS, fintech, payments, or another regulated product environment.
- Strong interaction and visual design craft, from information architecture and user flows through to polished interfaces and prototypes.
- A track record of owning complex features end to end, making clear decisions, and staying accountable for outcomes.
- Experience partnering closely with Product and Engineering in an iterative product development environment.
- Active curiosity about AI, with evidence of using AI tools in your day-to-day design workflow.
- Confidence working with established design systems and reusable patterns, and extending them to solve new product problems.
Nice to have:
- Experience designing data-dense dashboards, charts, analytics, or other data visualisation experiences.
