Задачи

• Own end-to-end product design within the Consumer Bank squad, from discovery through delivery, across the SumUp Pay mobile experience.
• Lead discovery by identifying user problems, framing opportunities, and shaping hypotheses with Product and Engineering.
• Design intuitive, high-quality mobile experiences in Figma that drive activation, engagement, and retention.
• Validate solutions through prototyping, user research, and usability testing using qualitative and quantitative data.
• Contribute to the design system and maintain consistency and quality across the product.

Требования

• Proven experience as a Senior Product Designer working on mobile-first consumer products.
• Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX design and measurable impact.
• Strong discovery skills, including problem framing, hypothesis definition, user research, and insight synthesis.
• Excellent UX, interaction, and information design skills.
• Ability to work autonomously within cross-functional teams alongside Product Managers and Engineers.
• Solid understanding of technical constraints.
• Ability to leverage AI design tools for ideation, prototyping, and research synthesis.
• Proficiency in Figma and experience contributing to or evolving design systems.
