Задачи
- Become an expert on users and the needs of each user group, from casual translators to professionals
- Conduct generative and evaluative user research to define problems and validate solutions
- Gather and evaluate requirements with cross-functional team members
- Communicate design concepts early and often, supported by qualitative insights and quantitative data
- Deliver vibe-coded prototypes and final design specifications in Figma
- Make small code changes in production
- Share responsibility for maintaining and expanding the design system
- Collaborate with product managers and engineering leaders to define and drive the product vision
- Contribute to the broader design community, evolve the craft, influence best practices, and raise the bar for design across the company
Требования
- 4+ Years of experience in product teams providing design solutions for web applications
- Strong understanding of user-centered design processes
- Experience designing for B2B audiences and a strong eye for design
- Ability to drive design throughout the full lifecycle of an idea, from discovering problems to measuring impact
- Ability to use storytelling to drive stakeholder buy-in
- Ability to use qualitative and quantitative insights to guide the design process
- Confidence owning and co-owning design artefacts in Figma
- Confidence using AI to support design work, especially for creating design assets and prototypes
- the team mostly uses Claude Code
- Experience working on a product at scale with a global presence
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Fluent English
- Nice to have: B2C design experience, knowledge of other languages such as German
