Задачи
- Translate product vision into measurable strategy by partnering with Pod Leads and defining success metrics;
- Build robust measurement frameworks for product initiatives;
- Lead experimentation initiatives by proposing and running A/B tests or other rigorous methodologies;
- Interrogate user behaviour through end-to-end analytical projects;
- Identify the underlying drivers of engagement and retention;
- Create dashboards and mental models for self-service insights.
Требования
- Identify trends and bottlenecks proactively using data;
- Demonstrate strong Product Thinking and expertise in conversion funnels, activation, retention, and cohort analysis;
- Independently turn vague business questions into structured technical investigations;
- Master SQL and use Python;
- Mentor teammates and help raise the team’s technical bar;
- Communicate analytical findings clearly;
- Use product analytics tools such as Mixpanel or Amplitude.
