Задачи
- Develop KPIs for expansion markets with Product Managers and other Analysts
- Monitor the impact of new product features on KPIs
- Identify and action opportunities to improve team KPIs
- Develop and own strategies to continuously improve team metrics
- Serve as the primary analytical point of contact for product launches
- Conduct forecasting, discovery analysis, and experimentation to support product rollouts
- Influence product decisions with robust and actionable data insights
- Build and present data-driven arguments to establish conviction and support within the team
- Contribute to wider product goals and the Money Without Borders mission
- Construct and maintain data assets for diagnosing issues and understanding product impacts
- Ensure data assets are accessible and effectively used to improve product and customer insights
- Work independently with the team to create a vision and make decisions
- Grow and inspire the team and others across Wise
- Identify opportunities that support Wise in reaching future millions of customers and redefining international payments at scale
Требования
- Strong analytical thinking and product intuition focused on banking and financial services
- Proficiency in Python, advanced SQL, and BI tools
- Experience working with Product Managers, engineers, and analysts
- Relevant experience in a data-driven and complex environment with limited guidance
- Understanding of event data and tools such as Mixpanel, Google Analytics, Amplitude, or similar
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to translate data into compelling narratives
- Ability to take work beyond analysis and deliver results
- Nice to have: Fintech experience, knowledge of Airflow/GitHub/DBT, experience with user-facing products and data
