Задачи
- Understand customer problems and translate objectives into well-defined, scoped sub-problems;
- Set high standards for craftsmanship, reliability, and scalability while leading by example;
- Make long-term versus short-term trade-offs and design durable solutions;
- Manage projects with moderate levels of ambiguity;
- Own areas within the team’s charter and deliver improvements with real impact;
- Identify gaps and provide regular recommendations to cross-functional partners;
- Mentor and teach teammates as an empathetic and influential role model.
Требования
- Strong background in software engineering, preferably with Go and/or Python;
- Extensive experience with infrastructure tooling, ideally Terraform;
- Extensive experience managing AWS cloud environments;
- Ability to contribute to the direction of a technical domain in the platform space;
- Nice to have: Experience with container orchestration, Kafka, build systems, observability, AI-assisted developer tools, or LLM-backed integrations.
