Задачи
- Shape Monzo’s visual identity through motion design across various channels
- Concept, design, and animate content including in-app animations, ads, and launch videos
- Work with product designers and engineers to implement motion design in the product using LottieFiles or Rive
- Create animations for campaigns, email, web, and product UI
- Apply safe zones, compliance requirements, and size ratios across Meta, YouTube, and other communication channels
- Develop storylines, visuals, storyboards, and animation tests for proof of concept
- Animate in a variety of 2D styles and techniques
- Build a library of core brand animations for multiple touchpoints
- Animate branded illustrations
- Maintain and apply Monzo’s brand identity systems
- Explore opportunities to evolve brand systems for stakeholders
- Manage time to meet deadlines and delivery schedules
Требования
- Proven experience in motion design roles
- Strong portfolio or reel demonstrating branding, in-app interactive animation, and visual storytelling
- Expert proficiency in After Effects and Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator
- Experience importing and exporting Figma assets
- Active participation in FigJam brainstorming sessions
- Strong understanding of design principles, colour theory, and typography
- Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex motion concepts clearly
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
- Experience working in fast-paced environments such as tech startups or with engaging brands
- Strong ability to design strategically within brand guidelines and evolve brand systems
- Nice to have: Motion skills, 3D programs such as Blender or Cinema 4D
