Responsibilities:
- Build EMEA-owned growth programmes from scratch, including regional campaigns, sales acceleration plays, nurture motions, webinars, content-led activations, and partner moments.
- Adapt global launches for local EMEA markets in partnership with central marketing teams across paid, web, content, lifecycle, events, and brand.
- Own the EMEA growth infrastructure between global marketing infrastructure and local execution.
- Improve how leads are captured, enriched, routed, followed up, and measured across campaigns.
- Own insights into the EMEA funnel and identify gaps in lead flow, conversion, attribution, localisation, and channel and campaign performance.
- Use AI and automation to scale growth marketing and identify repeatable workflows for automation or acceleration.

Requirements:
- 4-7 years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, marketing operations, or regional marketing.
- Strong understanding of full-funnel marketing.

- Ability to diagnose problems, prioritise fixes, and build practical processes that scale despite imperfect data and messy systems.
- Experience adapting campaigns for regional or local markets.
- Commercial understanding of how marketing activity supports awareness, engagement, pipeline creation, opportunity acceleration, and revenue.
