Задачи
- Lead the design of intuitive, scalable user experiences across web and digital platforms
- Translate complex requirements into user journeys, flows, information architecture and interaction models
- Define and evolve experience frameworks and systems across multiple touchpoints
- Apply user-centred design principles based on research, insight and data
- Plan and conduct user research and usability testing, synthesising findings into design improvements
- Collaborate with designers, writers, technologists and product teams
- Prototype and iterate solutions through testing and feedback
- Present work clearly and articulate the rationale behind decisions
- Contribute to the overall experience vision and alignment across wider workstreams
Требования
- Significant experience in user experience design, ideally in an agency or product environment
- A portfolio demonstrating thoughtful UX across complex digital products or platforms
- Strong understanding of user-centred design, service design and interaction design principles
- Experience designing end-to-end journeys from concept through to delivery
- Ability to simplify complex systems into clear, elegant solutions
- Proficiency in modern UX and prototyping tools, including Figma and related platforms
- Experience working in multidisciplinary teams in fast-paced environments
- Strong communication skills and ability to influence peers and senior stakeholders
- Systems thinking with attention to both detail and the bigger picture
- Curiosity about human behaviour and motivation to create meaningful experiences
- Calm, focused and highly organised approach in complex environments
- Strong ownership and accountability for work quality
- Collaborative and open approach with a desire to elevate the work and the team
- Relentless attention to detail and drive to refine and improve
