enua is a fast-growing European healthcare company operating at the intersection of medical cannabis, digital health, and regulated healthcare services. It is building a UK platform supported by a profitable European core business and established operational infrastructure.
Задачи
- Own and drive end-to-end recruiting, including job postings, candidate management, interviews, and active sourcing across functions
- Coordinate external recruiters and staffing partners where needed
- Manage and continuously improve the onboarding process
- Organise and track regular employee check-ins and performance conversations
- Support the planning and delivery of workshops, training, and coaching initiatives
- Help design and evaluate internal surveys
- Handle day-to-day HR administration, including contract management, HR data maintenance, and payroll preparation
- Act as the main contact for employees on operational HR questions
- Support the UK Managing Director with organisational and administrative tasks, including scheduling and coordination
- Drive employer branding initiatives in the UK talent market
- Build connections with universities and organise campus-facing activities
- Take on broader HR strategy, build out a team, and shape HR in the UK as the team grows
Требования
- Degree or vocational qualification in HR, Business Administration, Organisational Psychology, or a related field
- Hands-on experience in recruiting and HR operations, ideally in a fast-paced or scaling environment
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Discretion with sensitive data and a service mindset towards employees and candidates
- Enthusiasm for employer branding, university marketing, and building a strong workplace culture
- Builder's mindset and confidence working from a blank page
- Nice to have: Experience with HR tools such as Personio or applicant tracking systems such as join.com
