- Propose and implement enhancements to workflows, documentation, and tools
- Elevate standards in candidate experience and recruitment effectiveness through cross-functional collaboration
- Build scalable systems and best practices to support rapid growth
- Represent the company culture as an ambassador internally and externally
- Embrace hybrid work with regular onsite collaboration in Paris to strengthen team connections
Требования
- 5+ Years of recruiting experience, preferably in tech, high-growth, or competitive environments
- Deep experience hiring for Enterprise GTM, Corporate, Product, Engineering, or Science roles
- Ability to own and execute searches independently in highly competitive talent landscapes
- Skilled at analyzing metrics to solve problems and optimize recruitment processes
- Experience with international hiring
- Fluent English communication
- Ability to advise and align senior leaders with credibility and diplomacy
- Ability to balance strategy with operational excellence while staying organized and disciplined
- Nice to have: Familiarity with modern ATS such as Ashby, LinkedIn search, scheduling tools such as Modernloop, and AI-driven productivity tools.
