- Design and develop scalable, cloud-native applications
- Work across the full software development lifecycle, from architecture and backend services through to frontend development, CI/CD and Azure deployment
- Collaborate with the founding team to influence technical direction
- Solve complex engineering challenges
- Establish engineering practices supporting future growth
- Build innovative products using AI technologies
- Influence product decisions, architecture and engineering culture
Требования
- Advanced Python skills
- Experience in a technology start-up
- Experience building software from scratch and iterating quickly
- Strong technical skills, primarily with Python
- Experience with RESTful APIs
- Experience with LLMs and agentic AI
- Proactive entrepreneurial spirit
- Curiosity and willingness to learn new technologies
- Comfort working in unstructured start-up environments
- Collaborative approach and strong communication skills
- Degree educated, with a minimum 2.1 at BSc from a top-tier university
- Computer Science or a closely related discipline
- Nice to have: TypeScript, React, HTML5, CSS3, MSc or PhD
