JOE & THE JUICE is a healthy fast-casual concept founded in Copenhagen in 2002, operating more than 500 locations across 20 countries. It serves freshly prepared juices, shakes, coffee, and sandwiches in contemporary cafés designed around a complete guest and employee experience.
Задачи
- Own and evolve the UK project intake and prioritisation framework, including standardised intake forms, ROI cases, resource requests, and cross-functional impact assessments;
- Build and scale cross-functional project management capability through coaching, toolkits, templates, and playbooks;
- Design and manage live project pipelines and portfolio governance dashboards, intake trackers, and RAG reporting;
- Lead operational readiness across functions for new initiatives, system changes, and store openings;
- Oversee and improve the UK meeting matrix, including agendas, pre-reads, and action logs;
- Ensure compliance with project governance standards and challenge proposals lacking commercial justification or operational readiness;
- Partner with Copenhagen global teams to represent UK operational needs, identify localisation requirements, and challenge underestimated timelines;
- Drive communication and change initiatives across UK and global organisations.
Требования
- Proven project management experience in a fast-paced, multi-site retail or hospitality environment;
- Experience in food and beverage, QSR, coffee, juice, or a similar environment is a strong advantage;
- Hands-on experience designing and embedding project intake and governance processes;
- Experience with ROI-based business case evaluation and portfolio prioritisation;
- Ability to make cross-functional capacity, dependency risks, and trade-offs visible to senior leadership and act on them;
- Strong stakeholder management skills across functions and seniority levels;
- Strong organisational and analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams precisely;
- Advanced proficiency in productivity and reporting tools;
- Fluent in English;
- Nice to have: Internal JOE & THE JUICE project management experience, experience working across global and local teams, PRINCE2, PMP, APM, or equivalent certification, other languages.
