Responsibilities:
- Provide operational support to assigned CDA programmes, teams, and sub-regional leaders.
- Implement and enforce programme and project governance standards, processes, and best practices.
- Act as the first line of protection against non-compliant operations.
- Report compliance issues and risks to CDA Lead and Sub-Regional Lead.
- Support audits in assigned countries.
- Maintain audit-ready SharePoint archives of programme and project documentation.
- Own and update country CDA Budget Trackers and reconcile quarterly actual Opex data.
- Adopt and promote the DIO Power App and Dashboard as the single source of truth.
- Verify that CDA opportunities in SFDC are authorised by Sales.
- Ensure project closures and retrospectives are completed.
- Keep DIO dashboards and SFDC pipelines up to date.
- Identify, document, and communicate programme and operational risks.
- Support quarterly and annual investment and bookings planning.
- Manage investment budgets, monitor actual investments, and communicate forecasts and weekly reforecasts.
- Run the bookings reconciliation process and monitor the CDA opportunity pipeline.
- Own procurement actions, including raising PRs, managing cross-charges, chasing approvals, authoring and checking SoWs, monitoring invoicing, and managing aged POs.
- Monitor projects through the CDA lifecycle, including business cases, approvals, procurement, monitoring, accruals, opportunity flagging, replication, storytelling, retrospectives, and documented closure.
- Support CDA Leads and Sub-Regional Managers with reporting, strategy meetings, and half-year reviews.
- Review investment proposals and PEFs, chase approvals, and manage project statuses in dashboards.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in project or programme management support, preferably in a large multinational technology organization.
- Expertise in project governance frameworks, audit compliance, and corporate SOPs.
- Proficiency in budget management, financial forecasting, and end-to-end procurement processes.
- Experience with Purchase Requisitions and Statement of Work management.
- Advanced competency with SharePoint, MS Excel, project tracking tools, and proprietary dashboards.
- Experience with Salesforce (SFDC) for pipeline and opportunity management.
- Ability to manage stakeholders across multiple sub-regions and report to senior leadership.
- Nice to have: Cisco-specific systems including the DIO Power App, internal financial tools and compliance frameworks, CDA or similar government-facing public sector initiatives, process improvement, adoption of reporting technologies, coaching local teams on project execution and data hygiene.
