Задачи
- Plan and ensure the quality and timeliness of design, build, and implementation activities
- Participate in requirements elicitation and architecture analysis
- Create and review designs
- Contribute to estimation, staffing analysis, solutioning, and risk planning
- Mentor the project team and support the development of optimized, high-quality deliverables
- Manage project execution, tracking progress and monitoring scope, schedule, quality, resources, risks, and costs
- Assign work and support team development
- Recognize performance, ensure HR compliance, and support hiring activities
- Track budgets, billing, resources, audits, and key project metrics
- Build client relationships, act as the primary contact, provide updates, and manage expectations
- Contribute to technology improvements, process innovation, and employee engagement initiatives
- Support proposals, solution design, estimations, stakeholder coordination, and business development activities
- Plan and coordinate people and other resources required for project delivery.

- Experience leading testing teams across large, complex programs
- Clear understanding of modern test practices, tools, and methodologies
- Ability to assess current maturity and define a structured, realistic uplift plan
- Ability to coach team members through best-practice approaches and model effective behaviours
- Ability to collaborate with client leadership, delivery partners, and cross-functional teams
- Ability to build trust quickly and act as a stabilising, confidence-building presence

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
