Задачи:
- Support the Senior Project Manager with daily operations, resource allocation, and project documentation, plans, and budgets;
- Track team tasks, coordinate timely delivery of project milestones, and align cross-functional team members with deadlines;
- Identify project risks, issues, or delays and escalation blockers to the Senior Project Manager;
- Gather status updates, maintain project dashboards, and draft progress reports for internal teams and stakeholders;
- Organise project meetings, prepare agendas, and document action items.
Требования:
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Ability to confidently interface with diverse team members;
- Proactive problem-solving mindset and ability to identify potential issues before they become critical blockers;
- Nice to have: Familiarity with project management software such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or Asana, and productivity suites such as MS Office.
